We supply pre-filters used for removing water mist from the compressed air stream and after-filters for removing residual fine particles such as desiccant dust. The pre-filter cartridge captures and removes mist from the compressed air by enlarging the mist particles in the filter. Fitted with a protector made of a stainless steel punching plate, the filter is pleated with a pressure-resistant, bend-resistant polyester support screen. These features all add up to an extremely durable filter with a large filtration area.
The after-filter captures fine particles of desiccant dust from the compressed air stream. The cartridge filter is made of cellulose fibers bonded and pleated with special filter paper that has been treated with epoxy resin for enhanced durability and superb reliability.
